The Mudra Meditation Path

Each chakra has a specific hand mudra that directs pranic energy to its center. When aligned with the 6S pillar, the mudra becomes a seal that activates both the energetic and the intentional dimension.

Hold each mudra for 3–5 minutes while focusing breath and awareness on the corresponding energy center. Move sequentially Root→Crown, or focus on the chakra that needs balancing.
